About US

Adara Empowerment Foundation focuses on empowering women and youth to actively contribute to the socio-economic development of Africa. We provide education and training for women and youth; support the development of SMEs, and enable the promotion of African arts and culture.

Investing in the economic empowerment of women is the core pillar of our work as we aim to reduce women’s vulnerabilities while boosting their skills and ability to participate in key economic sectors in Africa, including fashion, technology, energy, agriculture, arts and culture.

Our vision

To contribute to the development of Africa by catalyzing innovative development and transformation of women, the arts and education.

What we do

Adara Foundation aims to help drive the continent towards a future of greater inclusion, innovation, prosperity, and global prominence. This means empowering and equipping Africans, particularly women and youth , to be independent economic agents and effective members of society.

It also means celebrating Africa’s rich cultural heritage and creating new narratives that can replace outdated global perceptions about the continent. We seek to help provide education solutions  that support  socio-economic development. We continue to work with a wide variety of local and international partners to create scalable, sustainable, and impactful initiatives.

How We Work

We adopt a service orientated and holistic and approach in programme design, development and implementation.

We focus on excellent programme delivery by leveraging or creating support services and working closely with communities in the constituencies in which we serve. The Foundation develops programme concepts with the goal of replicating and scaling successful models across Nigeria and Africa. We will work with proven, ethical partners to deliver on all aspects of our mission.
